Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-09-24

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Expensa at https://www.expensa.cloud, operated by Amresh Kumar. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact amreshk005@gmail.com if you have questions.

2. What Expensa provides

Expensa helps you record income and expenses, organize categories, view financial summaries, and track scheduled transactions and loans. Feature availability may change as the service develops.

Scheduled transactions create records in Expensa; they do not transfer money or pay a lender. Loan balances, interest estimates, and other calculations depend on the information entered and do not replace statements from your lender or bank.

Expensa is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Check important figures against your own records before relying on them.

3. Your account and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect the Google or email account you use to sign in. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the accuracy of records you enter.

Use Expensa only for lawful purposes and for information you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content.

4. Your data and our service

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow Expensa and its service providers to store and process that information as needed to provide the features you use and as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Expensa application, branding, and other original materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the application to you. Third-party software may be subject to its own licenses.

5. Availability and paid features

We work to keep Expensa available, but maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions can affect access. Keep separate copies of information that is important to you.

If a paid feature is offered, its price, billing terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be shown before purchase. Signing in alone does not authorize a payment.

6. Closing an account and misuse

You may stop using Expensa at any time. To request account deletion, email amreshk005@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify your identity before processing the request. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

7. Responsibility and applicable rights

Expensa is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that calculations will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on incomplete or inaccurate records or third-party service outages.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and its effective date will appear here, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
